Initial Consultation

A free initial consultation will be conducted with each new client prior to their first treatment by one of our Registered Massage Therapists. A member of the management team will conduct this consultation, and will be able to answer any questions you may have. Upon deciding to use Alternative Routes services, you will be asked to sign a client/therapist agreement and cancellation policy, and may also fill out the confidential health history form at this time (or prior to the first treatment).

Cancellation Policy

Any appointment that is cancelled where a minimum of 24 hours notice has been given is not subject to any fee. Any appointment that is cancelled where a minimum of 24 hours notice has not been given is subject to the fee for the full treatment scheduled. This fee will be payable to Alternative Routes Massage Therapy. Interest will be charged on outstanding balances monthly.

Outcall Boundaries

We provide treatment within a large portion of the Greater Toronto Area, bounded by the following major roadways:

• Kipling Ave.
• Victoria Park Ave.
• LakeShore Blvd./Queens Quay
• Hwy 401.

Locations outside of these boundaries are subject to an additional mileage charge.
